The prettiest bowl of goodness that ever there was. I ate this pretty much daily last time I was in Bali and it was the best surf fuel ever, as well as being incredibly good for you. Dragonfruit is rich in antioxidants and fibre. Sadly, dragonfruit isn’t AS easy to get hold of in the UK, but great news, planet organic stock it in frozen sachets, which is perfect for this bowl-. This is so easy to make it almost doesn’t need a recipe, but after putting a photo in my insta story I received a load of messages asking how to make it, so here you go. Give this easy gorgeous breakfast a go and feel nourished and full all morning. 💜

You will need:

1 sachet frozen pitaya

1/2 a frozen banana

Splash of coconut water (I use vitacoco)

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use misfits vegan vanilla)

All your favourite toppings (I recommend homemade granola and lots of fruit! Keep your eyes peeled for my maple cinnamon granola recipe).

 

Method:

Whizz it all together in your blender and add toppings!
